Calgary Stampede - 10 day event in July.

You will find us in the Victoria Pavilion / Agriculture. The Agriculture Building is located between the Saddledome to the north and the Big Top to the south.

The club's booth hosts a display of beekeeping equipment, story and display boards and an observation hive of live bees and more.

Priddis & Millarville Fair - 1 day event in late August.

You will find us in the main arena between the food competition and the forage competition. We have the judged honey competition next to us in the food competition on one side of us and forage, the envy of any bee or beekeeper, on the other.

Chestermere Country Fall Fair - 1 day event in September.
You will usually find us in the main exhibition and competition hall. There is also an outdoor farmers market which usually has at least one honey booth.

Our honey harvest will be off and you will be able to sample some of this year's honey while you chat with our beekeepers and meet our bees in their observation hives. In 2011 the forage which we had on display - Alfalfa, Canola and 4 kinds of clover - were all the first place winners from the forage competition at the Priddis & Millarville Fair just a few weeks earlier.

Come visit our beekeepers, sample some honey and meet our bees in their observation hive. You will have an opportunity to learn about the difficulties confronting our bees and the role bees have in growing our food.

Your learning opportunities include:
- Bee life cycle and life in the hive;

- Bees, the great pollinators;
- Products of the hive: Honey, wax, cosmetics and more;

- beekeeping as a hobby.
